Meet Owner & Designer, Stephanie Alger
Refined Design & Landscapes was founded by fashion lover and flooring business executive turned design and plant enthusiast, Stephanie Alger. Stephanie grew up in the Capital Region and her love for fashion and upscale living has brought her to set roots in Saratoga Springs, NY. Having an eye for design and color, a love for the outdoors and an entrepreneurial spirit; Stephanie was ready to put her mark on the landscape.
Stephanie graduated from Marist College receiving a Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising with a business concentration. She worked for renowned Mother of the Bride dress designer Ursula of Switzerland as a fashion merchandiser and design coordinator as well as the General Manager, Product Design and Development Director at Ecofinishes, LLC. Stephanie enjoys kayaking and hiking in the Adirondacks and loves fun and adventurous travel. With her unique design experience she is able to bring an upscale and luxurious feel to Refined Design & Landscapes. |
